Well, I'm happy with the price its costing me less than the Wii I bought at launch =)

Seriously? o_O

But the Wii was 250 dollars wasn't it?

Because the Wii actually had a few games worth buying at launch, Wii U does not.

I payed far less than any price drop would get... so I wouldnt care... But I would feel bad for most other people, especially after Iwata saying how they marketed the price accordingly due to the reaction of the 3DS price drop.

The PS3 stayed at $600 forever, just for one thing.

And as the nintendo army is always keen to point out, this is what killed Sony.

The absolute earliest we'll see a pricedrop is probably around November 2013. No way they drop it sooner.

Exactly. Price drop for Orbis and Durango launch.

Yep. I'm pretty sure that's been their plan from the start too. Hopefully if they drop the price before that they give an ambassador program.

Wii U at least had a completely "new" Mario game. Wii just had a mediocre waggleport of Twilight Princess.

Icecreamdunwich you are such a troll. The Wii U has far more games worth buying than the Wii did at launch.

And three major factors led to the 360 selling more
1. Cheaper
2. Kinect appealing to the casual crowd
3. More in stock

If the Wii U had 500,000 in stock, it would have sold 500,000.

Get over the fact that the Wii U sold well.

You must have no idea how devalued the dollar is. Well, once you get into high school it'll make more sense.
