Pretty cool. I'm glad they did both colors cause when I can afford a deluxe then I'm getting one.

Cool. But kinda useless. If the gamepad is running low on battery, why not just plug it in while you play?
I mean, it's not like you're on the bus or anywhere where battery life matters. I've yet for battery life to inconvience me in anyway.
But I guess it's great if you like playing 10 hour gaming sessions with little to no breaks.

This isn't bad, actually. I think this is mainly for players who don't want to be concerned about making sure it gets charged during a whole night of activity. That way, the only time they'd concern with charging it is when they are about to hit the sack for the evening.

For some, with shorter sessions, this would mean something more like other controllers. Where they would not worry about charging it for a couple of days or so.

Ah. I guess what I do now days is play for a little bit. Maybe 20mins to an hour, then place it on the charge dock when I'm not using it. Maybe pick it up again later and play again for a bit. Then back on the dock.
When I first got the system I played NintendoLand for hours on end and would have to play while it was charging.

However, once heavier titles like Zelda come out it'll get serious usage for hours on end. Regardless, I don't think I'd buy this extender since I have no problems playing with it plugged into a wall if I have to.
