Anyone use the Wii U displays in places like Gamestop?

I was just in my local Gamestop yesterday and decided to look at the Wii U display and see how it worked. Holy hell, if the Wii U we all use right now can become as fast and snappy as that thing is, we'll all be in for a treat.

I love my system, I'm not denying that in any way. My one huge gripe though with it is how overall the system feels very sluggish. The displays in the stores paint an entirely different picture...

I wish I knew. They are locked down quite a bit with what you can and can't do. You can watch videos, play demos, view screenshots, etc. So maybe the chunk of the OS isn't installed in them? Not sure. All I know is that every time I pressed a button to do something, it was like instant.

Well maybe nintendo are working on a fi (hopfully soon)
it's a bit annoying it takes so long...
I even thought it froze when starting the system up once.
But as long as the games work fine i think its OK for now.
