Low prices on ebay means low demand. I wouldn't exactly start celebrating, Nintendo fanboys.

3 million before xmas? Lets say that ridiculous number is real, they still have to support all the other regions with consoles too. They wont be extremely hard to find like the wii, but the "ebay" cost of them will go up a week or two before xmas.

Yes, 3 million over a course of a month.....when they had more than 4 million shipped out at launch. Just so ridiculous, right? *facepalm*

Here you go... a link to a list of auction-only, low starting price Wii U systems that are in progress. Guarantee you almost all of these people are going to get hosed on their sales. If you are looking for a system, check out this list. Be sure to read the descriptions as people can be deceiving... make a proxy bid for as much as you are willing to pay for the console, you may get lucky and end up with a $150 Wii U.

Nope, no profit in ebay for the white Wii U. that's if you add together the ebay final value fee, paypal fee & the $14 more to ship the system (they only allow $15 priority mail in ebay). Black Wii Us used to be making $150 profit last week and now it's down to just average of $25.

Low prices on ebay means low demand.

High supply also creates low resale demand. I don't really have to explain to you how this works do I? Nintendo has already shipped more units to stores than the 360 and PS3 did COMBINED at launch and sold 400,000 units the first week which was more than either the 360 or the PS3 did their first 2 weeks!

lol, low demand. Once again, if the Wii U did bad at it's launch, then the 360 did abysmal and the PS3 was by far the worst launch in the last 15 years of a home console. Learn facts before looking like an idiot on a message board.

All the auctions listed up there were ended EARLY by the seller. So they didn't actually sell for $100 or less...

As of today (the 4th), completed listings are closer to $390-450. So scalpers are making a profit, just not a huge one.
