I would not recommend the average Gamefaqs user to head over to the gaf, they are not real positive on the Wii U. The tech thread is also pretty depressing, especially if you check out the Orbis and Durango threads which are predicting systems 8 times faster than the Wii U.

The problem is you are using "good conversation" in the same sentence where you link to a gaming forum - unless there actual indie/AAA devs weighing in on that thread, it's all a bunch of speculation by amateurs who have likely not coded a line in their life.
