Same thing happened to me. Was just playing Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed when it froze and did some horrible, horrible f*cked up noise, all distorted and crazy. Got it recorded too.

Had to unplug, was worried cause I saw a video when this happened to someone and his Wii U wouldn't start up, but mine still works. Huge relief. Let's hope they fix this. Sorry I can't be to any help TC.

Just unplug it :( wait a good 10-20 seconds though, recommended.
