Batman is awesome on Wii U. I highly recommend it. And I wouldn't listen to anyone who says the framerate is bad. I played through the whole game and it was smooth as butter. How's ZombiU? I was thinking of getting it as well.

Also, were your games boxed or digital?

Ac3: it's okay. Load times kill it for me.
Batman: great game. Good use of pad
NSMB: it's what you expect
Orochi: love it like I did for the ps3 but with Rachel!
Scribble: great game
Sonic: best kart game in a long time. Diamond in the rough.
ZombiU: too much backtracking and fetch quests. Not my cup of tea. It was torture forcing myself to beat it. There's only around 6-7 locations and you have to go back to each several times.

All retail. Ill probably trade in ac3 and zombi for ninja Gaiden. Wish I could use the TRU bogo but I have every game I want for all my systems.
