I see no problem with it. Nintendo Land is a fun collection of games --- some of which can be physically (motion) or visually (pixel precision, matching between screens) tiring. So Monita, in her standard cute manner, popping up during screens that are normally loading stuff anyway isn't bad to me. Though, it would have been entertaining if there was more random art of her instead of the same one.

Now, if this was a serious game with some sort of grand quest, where you are just about to take down / be taken down by a major foe... and message popped up --- then you'd have a legitimate reason to be pissed. The ambiance of such games is not being ruined by a small reminder.

24 btw --- age doesn't matter...

Man am I glad I stopped liking Nintendo after Gamecube.

FYI 360 DOES NOT have break messages. Never has.

And @ the guys pointing the finger of immaturity.... what, adults don't swear? Swearing makes you a child? Adults never get angry or yell or rant? Thats what being mature is all about? Something tells me you are either young or absolutely clueless adults. The sign of maturity you all are looking for is the fact of not giving a s*** about what others think or how others do things if it doesn't affect you. <- real maturity.

It's a thing devs have been doing for the past few years now. It's basically a message they put in to prevent people from suing them if they sit around all day just playing the game. You know, with the instances of people getting heart attacks from DVTs, since they sat in one place for like 16 hours.

Nope, don't have a sig. Maybe later.

WTF?!?!?

I'm a motherf***ing grown ass man and if I want to play Videogames for 10 hours its my prerogative.

Seriously Sony and Microsoft don't pull this s*** on their customers.
Imagine if Final Fantasy VII or Halo had like take a break warning that came up every 15 minutes!

>_<

I'm on an adult account and I want to be able play games and not get treated like a kid!!!
Hell even as a kid Super Mario Bros 3 or Link to the Past never told me to take a break.

These were grown ass men too lol (im not saying this will happen lol)

I believe its because they dont want you straining your eyes and such. Also, its just a recommendation, not like theyre locking the console from play until youre 15 minutes are up

My life, my consequenses... besides all those examples are pretty severe AND its mmo's not SINGLE PLAYER GAMES, and 15 minutes is sick... 1 or 2 hours thats annoying but acceptable, 15 minutes isnt even CLOSE to acceptable.

This all the way, + 9001, srsly.

and im 19 fyi

i would probably be able to handle 1 hour messages, but 15 minutes... thats gonna ruin your funtime very fast, has another analogy but... heh its FAR from child friendly...

apparently you have to be 18 as an american in order to hear it, in denmark, just 15

Thats stupid american law that can sue for stuff like that but theres a HUEGHE difference between 15 minutes, (1/4th and hour) and 16 hours...

thats 64 times more...time... its sick, then 3 hours, or 5, not effing 15 minutes, and as he also mentioned

sony and MS aint doing that kind of bullcrap no they know that its stupid.

Besides as for it being child respecting, thats hypocrisy, respect is a 2 way road, not a one way...

Halo 4 gives you a daily exp cap, so it's pretty much telling you to take a break.
