Nintendo cares more about themselves than us

Honestly, the Wii U could have been a lot more but Nintendo does not want to lose a smidge more on the console sales.

Think about it.... they profit after one game is sold so they are just having fun partying with money while gamers get ripped off on a product thats mediocre.

I'm sure they could cut their profits slightly away from their employees and in return, give the gamers a better console.

Think about it....

Sure, it is all a business but in the end, Nintendo wants more profit than Sony did with the PS3. So greedy. All that extra profit is going into their little pockets instead of pumping out GOOD 1st Party Games and buying third party devs to make games.

Nintendo = Selfish.

Damn that Nintendo for not wanting to fail horribly and make losses!

To clarify: If Nintendo create more software that people actually will buy, they can afford to lose more profits on the system since they can recuperate the costs from software sales. They chose the other route. They give us a mediocre system so they can profit so its less worries for them if their game library sucks.

And what are these "software that people actually will buy"? The Wii U has COD and freaking 2D MARIO, those two alone trump any other game you could think of in sales.

Well, they wouldnt make losses if they get a lot of third party support by funding the developers and making more 1st party titles. Software sales can create profit too. They just chose the safe route because it doesnt matter if software lineup is bad. They already profit after system + 1 game.

Nintendo is for the short term again, just like with the Wii.

The Wii was also a rip-off for its price, and Nintendo got some nice amount of money from it. The last few years though, support utterly failed.

How much of their game library actually sucks? The only one that comes to mind is Wii Music.........one game out of how many?

If you think the PS3 is a failure you have been out of the gaming loop for five years
