And once again AAA devs. don't think Nintendo is "hardcore" enough.

Someone define what hardcore gaming means to me. Because I might as well call Skyrim hardcore.

Hardcore gaming is a term used by casuals to make themselves feel cool in the eyes of actual gamers. Call of Duty is the most notable hardcore game, while Mario and Zelda are casual games.

I don't know, but it sure isn't Angry Birds.

It's not so much about Nintendo being "hardcore" or not. The fact is, anybody who gives a damn about Bioshock, Dark Souls, GTA, or any of the other big 3rd party multiplat games already owns a PS3 or 360.

What's more, Wii U struggles to reach parity with 360/PS3, let alone exceed it.

And of course, 3rd party games generally don't sell well on Nintendo systems to begin with.

The obvious conclusion is that it simply isn't worth the time or money to port games to Wii U.

This is what the big wigs talk about in their board room.

"Should we develop this game for the Wii U?"
"No way, man. Nintendo is not hardcore enough for our games."
"... Wait that doesn't make-"
"You heard me! NOT HARDCORE!"

Pure ignorance.
