If Nintendo did charge $800, it would still have the same specs but would include a bigger screen on your controller

People would complain about the price if the Wii U was more expensive.
They complain about it anyway since it doesn't use more costly parts.
People would complain if Nintendo didn't launch with ports of games.
They complain anyway... not sure why.

Nintendo consoles aren't going to be for everyone, I'll still buy them and I don't really care if someone else doesn't or doesn't want to. It's just immature to whine about something that won't really change.

Nintendo is probably going to be successful and maintain their practices.

That just sounds so insecure to even say, have you bothered to read anyone's criticism, it's all true, it's not like people go and create the specs of the system. People are let down by the power of the system, even this board and fans of Nintendo hyped it up and said the Wii will be 3x more powerful than the Xbox 360 and PS3.

So obviously when the system released it and actual specs were known, it was a Wii bit under powered as people expected it and some people felt upset over it because they wanted a Nintendo console to compete with other consoles for those 3rd party games instead of being left in the corner to play with Mario and Zelda
