Most new consoles have a slow period. The next holiday season is where you can really judge how well a system is doing.

Wii U US launch November 18, 2010

Week 1 - 421,850
Week 2 - 130,733 (-69%)
Week 3 - 145,229 (+11%)
Week 4 - 151,256 (+4%)
Week 5 - 159,407 (+8%)
Week 6 - 155,441 (+3%)

Not record breaking but not a flop either and like I said before I do expect them them to bottom out at 30K within the next 6 months and be stable there because that was the PS3's pattern.

The cheaper thing sell better that i just the way it works.
