Way to generalize a complaint to make it sound like you were in the right. Might as well say "I'm not allowed to stand?" after being told not to loiter. It's not just simply an image of a cartoon bear, and you know that.
You had it right on the money when you said it's suggestive text. Doesn't matter if someone might not get the joke. Doesn't matter if you think that kids won't know what it means. Does that mean it's OK to draw, saw or show to a kid something that's offensive? No.
What's next? A picture of a chicken telling people to check it out, but you use the other word for chicken? Then come back with "Why are chickens offensive? They must not know that's the word for chicken.".
