Do adults still play Pokemon? Can you imagine a 27 year old sitting down on the couch playing Pokemon..... Good luck with keeping a girlfriend.

My wife and I played black and white together. Nows she's pregnant with our second kid. Correlation or Causation... you decide!

Don't worry one day you'll mature. Or you'll live the rest of your life and pass away with the intelligence and reasoning of a 13 year old like most, which is most likely to happen starting with your next post.

On topic:

No reaction other than maybe a "good for those interested". I never was a fan of Pokemon.

I would definitely enjoy another 3D RPG spinoff, like Colosseum and XD, maybe even a third game in that set considering what Ardos said at the end of XD. Or some entirely new concept for a 3D RPG. Just not the main "beat 8 gyms, going for champion" games, I want those to stay handheld and sprites.

I also never really got the logic that playing video games is somehow more childish than watching TV. Video games are at least interactive and thus provide some degree of mental stimulation. Watching TV is an entirely passive activity and most of the programming on these days certainly wasn't made for anyone with a functioning brain.

It's 2012. It's actually difficult to find girls in our age range (22-25) that doesn't play videogames of some sort. They grew up with the same **** we did.

One girlfriend of mine and I played Pokemon nonstop when HeartGold/SoulSilver came out.

A new Pokemon Stadium, like the old N64 ones for wii u would be amazing :) But with perhaps some kind of online component, ranked battles perhaps.

And lots of minigames ^_^

It's true that finding anyone who doesn't ever play any kind of game - no smartphone games, no PC games, no Wii Sports, NOTHING - is very tough, though there's a big difference between that and the level of gaming devotion most people here have.

I think you highly overestimate the younger generations average gaming skills. If they started gaming with the PS1/N64 chances are they aren't going to be overly amazing at anything but FPS's. If its with the PS2/GCN/Xbox not even that. I feel that most SNES games were pretty much easy mode, but thats only because the controls on NES games were so much more difficult to use.
