TonyRodrigues76 (Topic Creator) Posted 1/9/2013 4:51:13 AM | do you think that will come soon the use of two game pads or no? |
Sarick_LyrePosted 1/9/2013 5:00:18 AM (edited) | While the system hardware supports two, there isn't any software to use multiple gamepads with (and they're not sold individually anyway).
Plus you have to realise how little point there is to it. For two people you already have gotten rid of the need for splitscreen multiplayer with one extra screen, although I guess this could give benefit up to a third person its not that big of a deal. For interesting gameplay? There's not much you couldn't have done on the one screen that you could do on three, but there's plenty you can do on two (big fan of asymmetrical gameplay from my experiences on the DS and PC). |
ugoo18Posted 1/9/2013 5:06:57 AM | Depends on how soon those dual gamepad games can be announced/released.
However once they are available you can bet EA's sports games will be one of the first to take advantage of them.
Also before someone comes in with herp derp knowledge they scrounged from their misinterpretation of info while 2 Gamepads are being used the framerate on the GAMEPADS NOT THE GAME BUT THE GAMEPADS will be halved to 30fps.
So if the game runs at 60fps or 30fps natively it will still run at that on the tv however whatever is being streamed to the 2 gamepads will be at 30fps.
This is because it is streamed to technology that only allows 60 fps to be streamed, which is why the gamepads framerate are halved or else it would have to stream 120fps. --- "THE PRESIDENT HAS BEEN KIDNAPPED BY NINJAS. ARE YOU A BAD ENOUGH DUDE TO RESCUE THE PRESIDENT ?" |
FoppePosted 1/9/2013 5:11:48 AM | But that troll logic is so cute... Because if the game on the TV is halved to only show 30 fps while using 2 gamepads, then the game must run in 90 fps if you play the same game with only a Pro controller. --- GameFAQs isn't going to be merged in with GameSpot or any other site.
