it's ridiculous some of those drawings. i wonder if nintendo expected people to be doing that?

I think some of them are fake. Go print off an image online, put it over the gamepad, and trace it, boom done.

That being said I'm sure some are from real artists that are very talented.

Since a resistive touchscreen uses pressure, you can pen and paper on top of the screen.
