youre insane and dont fully understand how much money nintendo has, now im not saying the Wii U is failing but if it did it would have to do so hard that its neigh impossible

nintendo has at least 10 billion dollars (around 812 billion yen) in the bank they have enough to last till 2052 taking 20 billion yen losses each quarter going on their surplus of cash alone. so just keep that in mind

so unless nintendo does something extremely stupid its gonna be around for quite some time

Yeah, they've been around since the late 1800s and are almost single handledy responsible for bringing games back after the crash. I don't think I'll see them go in my lifetime. And I don't want to see them go.

So if Nintendo loses $224,240,385.69 (20 billion yen converted to USD) dollars every quarter. That is $895,961,542.76 a year. That's $34,942,500,167.64 over 39 years.

That is 3,116,521,592,838.00 yen though....

Are you saying Nintendo has 3 TRILLION yen?

I think you just suck at math ^_^

PS. If stock investors think Nintendo is even going to lose 1/3 of their money. They will all jump ship and Nintendo will sink like the titanic.

He quoted the article wrong. Because he said they could lose 20 billion quarterly. The article says they could lose 20 billion yearly (or 5 billion quarterly).
