I don't think Sega has the money or the balls to risk putting the money into a new Skies of Arcadia. I want it just as much as everyone else too.

Sega made various games of a similar scale this gen, so they certainly have the balls and the funds.
They just don't have the brains to make reasonable decisions like actually continuing the franchises people are asking for. They'll most likely just create a new RPG IP that will then be a much harder sell then a new SoA that would at least have brand recognition from Sega fans.
