So what franchises do you hope Sony puts on Wii U?

Following the announcement that Sony is planning to sell it's own real estate

http://www.realestate.co.jp/2013/01/11/sony-closer-to-selling-tokyo-property-to-raise-cash/

And the announcement that they are still targeting high price points and not "cheap and cheerful Chinese players" (serious quote there)

http://www.fudzilla.com/home/item/30160-sony-will-come-back-from-the-dead

what franchises would you like to see on Wii U when they go third party?

The only Sony games I actually care about are Ico and LBP. Everything else is pretty meh TBH.

God of War and Uncharted.

In any case, you realize what you've done with this topic.

Yeah, move some of Sonys devs into the new building that Nintendo has.
I suppose the could put GT6 on the U, but that wont be done until the end of the Wii Us life, so that could go to Nintendos next console.

Well in the case of Wii U its a new console getting off the ground. In the case of Sony it is quite real. Hurtful truth it may be but that tactic of selling high priced systems at losses hasn't worked for them but if they are confident then more power to them.

The Bitterness in this thread...

Get over it and buy a PS3 already if you want the games so bad, sheesh.

Give me your PSN and I'll message you. This would actually make me have more respect for Sony standing by their beliefs but it is setting themselves up for failure. That is why Sega changed their tactics with Dreamcast. They needed to change. Sony need to aim for profits and come out with a less powerful console (similar to what Nintendo did with Wii). But Kaz seems to imply they are continuing their strategy despite the fact its proven it doesn't work for them. It takes a brave company to do that.

But I have a PS3. I have said I don't like Sony's games. And them going third party would not make me change my mind. Their games aren't really long lasting appeal to my taste.

And BTW, that is another part of the reason Sony are in this situation. Because aside from Gran Turismo the general public isn't "desperate" for their games.

I highly doubt Sony is going out of business any time soon, but Sly, Jak, and Ratchet would all fit right in among Nintendo's cartoony cast.

I believe in you having a PS3, so no need to.
But it kinda frustrates me when people goes out and cry for what franchises they would like to pick from Sony onto their Nintendo/Microsoft Console.
I'd love to see Monolith games, Zelda, Mario, Metroid & Kirby (with others ofc) as well as Lost Odyssey & Blue Dragon on Sony consoles. But instead I accepted the fact that I can't and bought a Wii and a 360 so I could play just thoose games.

And sure things could be run better at Sony, but people seem to forget they are failing in so many different businesses, and bleeds money like madly.
I really hope they can sort the mess out.
