Orbis
AMD Jaguar 8 core cpu @ 1.6ghz
4gb GDDR5 (512mb to OS)
Radeon HD7970M-based GPU @ 800mhz 18GCN CU
150w power consumption (Wii U draws 32w)

Durango
AMD Jaguar 8 Core cpu (2 core to OS)
8gb DDR3 (3GB to OS) + ?? eSRAM

Not sure wtf is up with the next xbox but lol @ 3GB of ram to OS. Other than that, these specs aren't crazy and I don't see the price of the console being more than $400

More crap from the same people who said there was no way the Wii U could even play 360 games solely based on its size.

They won't have AMD 8-core CPU's, because games don't run well on AMD 8-cores, unless you shut half of them off. They won't have 7970 GPU's, because they'll run far too hot for a console.

7970M GPU's not a desktop 7970, and it might be a 8970M in the final versions, but it seems like it won't matter much since it seems like they have yhe same specs as the 7000 series.

Also, there are games where an 8 core AMD cpu will out perform a 4 core high end Intel CPU (3770K and 3570K).

That's rubbish of course. It's sad that you feel the need to just openly lie about Digital Foundry.

Why do people keep posting "specs" for the new consoles when nothing is known. Everyone posts rumors of what is in the next systems and it is constantly changing.

I'm well aware of that. However, it's still a very hot GPU.

Yeah, like, three or four. And that's on the new Piledriver architecture, not the Jaguar, which is a lower-end, even below Trinity.

They are going to use a 7670 and 6670 video card. It was leaked and now there is a lawsuit.

In other words, they're both going to blow the Wii U away in terms of power. It might not be quite as big as the Wii->PS3 gap but it'll be much bigger than PS2->Xbox.

they have the PC version of Darksiders 2 running on WiiU in 1080 native at 60 fps and full graphics options on. Neither 360 or PS3 can come close
