Aliens is a survival horror? Haven't really watched anything on it, but I kinda assumed it was more run and gun FPS than survival.

Yeah, it's a survival horror. More in the same vain of Dead Space than Resident Evil. Aliens also features a great looking multiplayer mode that has 4v4 aliens vs humans. I know it's online but I'm not sure about local.

I have a special place in my heart for Resident Evil. Just snug enough to love and vote for REvelations despite Zombi U on the list. But not snug enough to ever play more than 30 minutes of RE6. That game was a joke.

No Walking Dead? Not that I expect it to be as good as any of those three, it looks so rushed... What a shame, it's my favorite currently on-air tv show. I wish this adaptation was even almost-as-good as the comic adaptation game. Who knows? It's possible...
