Wii U Virtual Console questions

#1tangnetsPosted 1/23/2013 3:27:56 PM
-Is it known when it will be possible to play vc games on the gamepad?
-Will all vc games from the original Wii's shop be immediately available on the WIIU shop? Or at least SNES and 64 games? Will we have to wait for releases again like we did on the Wii?
-Any word on if GCN games will come to the vc?
-New monolith game looks sweet

Yes to gamepad. Snes nes, then gba then others later. U can transfer your old vc games over but there is an upgrade fee if u want off screen play, customizable controls and save states. There is also a 30cent game each month

Which is pretty BS as customizable controls should have been featured in the original versions and are trivial (from a programming perspective) to implement. I'm amazed at Nintendo's tunnel vision.

Customizable controls - as in you can customize the controls on the classic gamepad etc. - the ability to customize controls is not specific to one controller (ie. the NES A/B assignments are locked on the classic controller with no way to redefine them which is friggin' ridiculous given how trivial it would be to implement that customization).
