Exactly. Not even a black or white that allows to see the details of the armor, no, no, must be 100% pure, to hurt your eyes. You can't even see wrinkles.

The areas shown don't look much less colourful than similar areas in Xenoblade. There's still a lot of grass, trees, etc, which are all still green. There's also some sunset and night scenes that look pretty nice.

I agree, I liked the way Xenoblade looks more than the way X looks. But graphics don't really impact how I feel about a game, so I won't care once I start playing it instead of just looking at the trailer.

All I'm saying is if I decided to show a trailer of xenoblade and picked the ether mines, I wouldnt describe the locales as beautiful and colorful. I think the developers are aware of what made their past game such a phenomenon, and we shall see how they implement the lessons of the past and evolve them.

I threw up color on the screenshot (it's a bit sloppy). If you look at both back and forth, it makes the original look grayer than ever. Hopefully they can change that later on.
