They should of release a demo for one of those games today

We'll prolly get demos for those games after E3. Most of the games, though, aren't even close to ready.

Wind Waker HD is still in the concept phase (or at least, they don't know what to do with the graphics yet), Yarn Yoshi still looks incomplete in some ways, and we've only been shown, like, 5 seconds or no footage at all of those other games.

That said, a Wonderful 101/Pikmin 3 demo isn't out of reach at all.

It's a lot easier to mock up a demo to produce videos than it is to produce a demo that is actually playable and relatively bug-free. Who knows what kinds of bugs lurk in the demos used to produce what we've seen so far, only the areas shown in the videos would have needed any sort of debugging.

Whereas if such a demo made it into the hands of players, the most likely result would be to cripple the potential of the game itself. I don't know about you, but a buggy demo would probably cause me to not even consider the full game.
