Holy F*** EU gets 50HZ Wii U VC games and NA and JP get 60HZ games! >_<

Damn you Nintendo >:(

Its 2013!
not 1990 anymore.

Didn't you hear that all humans are created equal?
We want the same treatment as every other country.
How dare you treat us like S***.

50hz games run 17% slower than 60hz and therefore the game has lag/slowdown and music is off.

so imagine a person finishing an rpg like FF VI in American and then in Europe it would take 17% longer so like 100 hour rpg would be like 117 hours for a european person to finish the same game.

Ok that sucks for us (EU) but the rpg maths was hilarious.

The original European versions of those VC games are 50 Hz. Obviously, since they're in Europe and downloading a European version, 50 Hz speaks for itself.

I don't remember any titles where the music sounded off. FF6 never came out in Europe officially. The only way to play a game like that would be in 60 Hz, so m00t complaint.

In SA2, it's Super Sonic and Hyper Shadow.

That's BS. At least I can just pop on to the US store with my PS3 to buy any games in 60Hz.

Good luck playing Super Metroid on your PS3 :/
Yes, your post in completely unrelated. Most Wii U games run at 60hz, only a few (VirtualConsole games) run at 50hz...because they're, you know, ports?

Just because a game is PAL doesn't mean that it will run slower.
Games like the Donkey Kong Country games were optimized to run as fast as the NTSC versions.

This doesn't seem to bother me for SNES titles that much, but NES titles it's horribly noticable. Mega Man 2 feels is much less enjoyable in it's Pal form.

Look, if we have to pay extra for a Wii U version, can we atleast have a good quality version of the game?
