Yesterday Nintendo dropped some serious bombs, some that people were expecting, some that nobody saw coming at all. Needless to say, it got a lot of attention and got the gaming community talking. Me personally, I'm extremely excited for Monoliths new RPG but think I'm most interested in learning more about SMT X FE. What was your favorite news shown off at yesterdays Nintendo Direct?

My favorite was how he said there would be an update by Spring to start fixing the load times. After that, the X trailer, the Fire Emblem crossover, the WW remake, and the Yoshi game were all announcements I love.

I don't care about Bayonetta. I've already seen enough of the Wonderful 101 from a gameplay video on Youtube, so the trailer didn't mean anything to me, I was already going to get it. I knew 3D Mario, SSB4, and Mario Kart were coming already.

Definitely the X trailer. I've been wanting to know what Monolith was working on for the Wii U. I like how it showed gameplay instead of some cutscenes.

Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem. The fact they showed characters from the main series (the last thing I'd ever expect from my favorite series ever) crossing over with Fire Emblem on a Nintendo direct is insane and awesome, and on a home Nintendo console at that (ok I'm being too over dramatic lol). The wait on this game is going to kill me.

Followed by Monolith Soft's game that looks similar to Xenoblade.

I wanted the Monolith news, didnt expect it to happen though.

As soon as Iwata mention Monolith Soft my insides turned to jelly then when it cut to the gameplay my heart almost stopped. The fact it's similar to Xenoblade has gotten me very excited indeed!

this. Xenoblade may be one of the best games I have ever played (story wise), and the best RPG I have ever played (gameplay wise).

DEFINITELY Yoshi's Epic Yarn. I've read many people's disappointment with the Kirby installment, so I didn't expect to see a sequel. But it was by far my favorite Wii game. I will actually definitely buy a Wii U once this game comes out.
