I'd be disappointed but I'd deal with it as long as the graphics looked nice as the resolution they did pick.

I'm fine with 720p as long as it's 60fps with a decent amount of anti aliasing.

I couldn't care less whether a game on consoles is 720p or 1080p. The only time I have felt 1080p has made a difference to a games visuals is on the PC. On consoles, I've found that there is either no difference whatsoever, or the game gets blurrier because, even though they claim their game is 1080p, it really isn't.

720p has always been fine for consoles in my opinion.
