Ummm I'm not sure, I think maybe Secret of Mana SNES? (Doubt it's rare though)

I've always wanted a physical copy of that game. I've even had a dream where I found it in a flea market lol.

If you want to know what's rare, go here:

Click on the system of your choice, then click price: high to low. It's not perfectly accurate but it's close enough.

In general, N64 lacks rare games. Clayfighter: Sculptor's cut is its rarest retail game, and it's not particularly expensive by the standards of any other system.

Not sure what's rare anymore.

Links Awakening DX
Pokemon Crystal(I think the battery to save is dead because it doesn't save anymore)
Zelda Seasons

Mario Kart 64 Of course
Bomberman 64
Mjora's Mask gold edition without that little pack that you need to play it on the 64.

Ace Attorney- remember this being particularly hard to find
Elite Beat Agents

Megaman X 1 and 2
Chrono Trigger (probably not worth anything nowadays with all the ports)
Super Mario ALl star - misleading title it's not a soccer game

Megaman Legends 1,2
Tales of Destiny

I have the original Metroid Prime version "DOL-GM8E-0-00 USA". It's the original release version, not the Greatest Hits version, where you can do all the sequence breaking tricks making the game way more interesting than it already is.

I also have the original gold cartridge "Legend of Zelda" for NES. While not super rare, they were discontinued and replaced with gold cartridges.

And lastly, I have the gold copy of "Punch Out Special Edition" for NES. Only 10,000 were made and given out in a Nintendo Golf competition in Japan. A friend of mine went to Japan when I was in 4th grade (long time ago) and found one for me in a game shop.
