I can't think of any reason other than fanboyism why anyone wouldn't.

It will never happen though, it's as likely as Nintendo and Sony releasing a console together.
PLAYING - Torchlight II (PC), Walking Dead (360), Okami HD (PS3)
MOST WANTED - FFvsXIII, GTAV, Ni No Kuni, Tales Of Xillia, Lightning Returns

Nintendo would have no problem with it, and Valve wants to put Steam on the Wii U.
Gaming is like a pair of boobs - Sony and Microsoft fight over whos boobs look more realistic, while Nintendo is about having fun with them - Walkiethrougie

I'd have to say no, but purely because I'd spend too much money on it.

I said yes

It would be great. Steam has wonderful deals, and if I had a credit card and a decent PC, I'd take advantage of it all the time.

I bought my first Steam game yesterday! Now I'm thinking of building a PC just for gaming instead of using my current PC's for double duty

For some odd reason I thought I saw clips of this on the last ND. I don't know why. But I never knew about this game until that day.

Probably Sony fanboys who don't want to lose exclusivity.
