They prolly roughly expect the same great success they've been experiencing for some time now. And it's funny how it singles out Pokemon when most franchises pretty much keep the formula the same throughout most of their games, just with some tweaks. |

Nintendo perfects gameplay mechanics and locks them down instead of trying to make each of their sequels a completely different game each time.
