fuzi11Posted 1/31/2013 3:27:22 AM(edited) | The only non Nintendo console I ever owned was a Sega Mega Drive. so... yeah I 'main' Nintendo (whatever that means)
Edit: I don't count PCs as a console, but I also play sometimes games on that one like Point'n'Click adventure games, and some other games that are not on Nintendo Consoles, like Assassins Creed (except 3), Prince of Persia and the Anno Series |
ZodrynPosted 1/31/2013 4:06:38 AM | There should be a poll. Yes, I have always "mained" Nintendo. I've always had plenty to play as well.
SNES: DKC 1 and 2, Looney Toons B-ball, The Lion King (I was young and didn't have much variety)
N64: Mario 64, Kart, DK Racing, Jet Force Gemini, Starfox, DK 64, OoT, Waverace
GCN: Metroid Prime, Prime 2, Sunshine, Wind Waker, Prince of Persia, F-Zero, Ikaruga, P.N.03, Smash Bros., Call of Duty etc.
Wii: Mario Galaxy 1 and 2, Metroid Prime 3, Other M, Twilight Princess, Skyward Sword, Red Steel 2, Kirby, Xenoblade, The Last Story, Smash Bros., Lostwinds, World of Goo, Bit.trip, Sin and Punishment 2
The lists could go on, but you get the idea. I've played plenty of Halo, Guild Wars, Fable, Borderlands, League of Legends etc., but for the most part my gaming is on Nintendo consoles. --- "And most of all, remember this: Your gems are the gems that will pierce the heavens. Dark_AbaddonPosted 1/31/2013 4:22:35 AM | I main Nintendo with a PC secondary.
I do play games released for other consoles (and PC), but I don't see any point in purchasing other consoles when the games are usually also on PC, or I can go play them at a friend's house.
on a side note: Wii U has a growing install base, expect the online community to get bigger as that install base grows. Also expect multiplat games to look better as developers get more familiar with the Wii U --- and thus concludes my post. |
MotiJrPosted 1/31/2013 4:41:40 AM | I usually battery it hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha Sorry. GC was my main, Wii was my main until I got a job and had the money to get an xbox after trying my brother's xbox. Wii U will likely be my main even though I can afford other systems. Personally, I think it's easy for people to say buy every system but however you look at it, games are an unnecessary expense so I would rather pick one system that I prefer and stick to it until I feel another one is necessary and has games I really want to play. --- Fanboys are a cancer to gaming but Sony fanboys are a particularly aggressive and repulsive form. |
