It's not really, though. Costco is pay-to-save, so they're going to have bigger discounts than other stores can afford to have, particularly when it comes to temporary sales (which is now over anyway). If we're talking strictly MSRP, it'll be at least a year or two before it gets even a small price drop, and 4-5 at a generous minumum before it could ever be what you want it for. Individual retailers can choose to have it on sale, but those sales are still based on the MSRP, so Costco isn't a sign that it'll go lower any time soon.
