My Gamepad's touch screen won't work...

#1Wolf_Link64Posted 2/5/2013 11:31:21 AM
On the main menu, even if I use the stylus, the touch screen does nothing. None of the buttons, control sticks, or D-pad work either except X and B. I have to use the Wii remote to do anything. Which is inconvenient for when I go to system settings where I can ONLY use the gamepad, where my only option is B.

If I play Nintendo Land, the touch screen works but the calibration is horribly off. It thinks I'm touching somewhere much lower than I actually am.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I might upload a video of my problems so you all can see what I'm talking about.

Call Nintendo support? It should still be under warranty.

Oh yeah and the home button and power button also works... This makes no sense, it only started doing this a couple days ago.
