Monster Hunter is going to be on both Wii U and 3DS, so it's already multiplat.

That'll be like saying Bayonetta is multiplatform because her first game is in the PS3 and 360 while her sequel is in the Wii U.

No, the exact same game is on both systems in MH's case.

Exact same game.....................except different types of bosses, weapons, etc. added the years between Tri and the release of this game.

You can call it practically the same if the game is exactly the same with just the addition of a single new boss or something. But in this case it really isn't.

It's the same game. It even has cross play.

When did I say anything about Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate?

Tri is a Wii exclusive. And different from that game.

Hmm, about ZombiU... I can totally see it going to systems without U in the name. Also, Ultimate happens to start with a... U. It's nearly as clever as Dream Drop Distance.

Which is more mature: playing a game where you can shoot people or seeing those games and deciding not to play them?
Yes, I formerly had a Pokemon Gen VI sig.

MH 3 Ultimate is just MH Tri G with a little extra content. "3 Ultimate" is just the localized way they are saying "Tri G". I'm surprised they didn't just call it "MH Tri G Pro".

No. Ultimate is an expansion of Tri and has everything Tri has plus more.

And the other guy was obviously referring to Ultimate.

Stop being dumb.

He didn't reply to the specific post above his. He was replaying to the topic, of course, because he specifically said it was going to be one the Wii U and 3DS (hence, deductive skills will grant you that he was talking about Ultimate).

Nintendo guarantees MH exclusivity for itself because they know how well MH sells in Japan. Look at what it did to the 3DS...

Zombie U was made with the gamepad's functionality in mind.
If they can somehow work around that, and I really think the chance is slim, it could go multiplatform.
