Do you think Rayman lost its exclusivity because of the poor system sales?

Maybe Ubisoft looked at the Wii U's disappointing sales and decided that there wasn't enough of a market to release it exclusively on the Wii U?

I think the developers came here and were like "Whoah, look at all these people posting about not liking the Wii U! We should make our game for other systems!"

Trolling aside,Ubi could either keep it exclusive to a limited market or decide to not do that and make a ton more money..Hmmm.

Compare the install base of all three systems and see if that makes sense.

Yes. The WiiU is off to a very meh start which has probably worried Ubisoft. Remember Ubisoft has really supported the system (albeit rubbishly with ropey ports) and none of them did smashingly well. That was testing the water and they probably went on the sales of those.

That or Nintendo plainly told them to lie until after the launch to sell units which I doubt very much.
