seriously, the wii U failed to generate the same interests as the wii that ubisoft was banking on and the hardware is weak making it easy to port to last gen system. ubisoft made the decision they think will generate the most profit, if you guys are boycotting the game because it is no longer an exclusive despite praising it incessantly before well, grow up and stop being a diehard fanboy.

From a business stand point it makes sense for them to release it on all platforms. The reason people are angry at Ubisoft and with good reason is that they are delaying the game to release them all at the same time.

if they don't then they have to advertise twice, which is adding more money to the budget for the game. The delay is so they don't have to do that.

They spend less by advertising them together. They get less when they end up having to compete with heavy hitters like GTA V.

There really was no reason for a huge delay like this especially when the game was originally announced as a launch title. It really is a slap in nintendos face. They should have released it as a timed exclusive rather than delaying the release even further.

Sorry, but I am not buying this game because of 7 month delay. I could care less what platforms they want to put it on. Also I can see the game selling very low now that they ruined their moment of great opportunity to release this game during a dry game spell on the Wii U when a lot of people would have been clamouring for a new title to play. Rayman Origins sold really bad on PS3+360 and now they lost most of the sales from WiiU side too. I just don't get it. Why not sell a couple million copies of this to all the NSMB U fans that might want another good platformer game instead of delaying for 6-7 months at which point a whole bunch of new games will be out to compete against.

Yes the time they planned to launch this game very questionable. All the advertising in the world will not help them in such a launch window.

have you even bothered reading the board today? No one is upset about it going multiplat. They're upset about a game supposedly released in just THREE WEEKS is delayed for 7 months. There is absolutely no excuse for that.

I think Ubisoft are hoping the Wii U's install base will be bigger in 7 months time.

I think that Ubisoft and Nintendo shoulda had an agreement to keep news of Rayman Legends going to other platforms a few months before it actually releases on those consoles.
