I just red the dumbest thing ever- Wii u controller needs charging every 3 hours

what kind of sick masochist would buy a console that requires you to charge your controller every damn time you practically play the game. Why the hell dont the controllers come with batteries that last hundreds of hours like a normal console?

Jeez, I remember in the ole days when you could play on the nintendo and never have to worry about battery life.

How is it things have digressed so much?

You mean like an N64? When all the controllers were wired?

Just have the Wii U controller plugged in all the time, Problem solved.

I got one of the limited edition nuclear powered GamePads. The battery has a half life of 650 years. It's great but recently my hands have grown to twice their size. Not having to plug the GamePad in when playing a game is really convenient though.

I wouldn't mind so much if you didn't have to have stuff on the screen all the time so it could save power, or better yet just have the Pro Controller work for everything so I don't have to use the screen one at all thus eliminating all my worries.
