Seriously? Disabling consoles Nintendo? No more fan art if it uses copy right material (zelda, mario, etc). Bans for asking for friends... Trying to get yeahs = ban. Scary stuff. I thought they were strict before...

WTF! Is this all true? I just can't believe Nintendo. No fan art? Can't fish for yeahs? The threat of console bans? Just freaking stupid. They've turned Miiverse into a joke.

Good. YouTube should adapt the policy. Seems like 90% of the people on that site are incapable of writing a comment without "like if you agree!" at the end of it. You dumb s***s, people would have liked it if they agreed because that's what the like buttons means. Now we're just going to dislike and mark your spamming ass for spam because you're spamming.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the User Agreement states that doodling Nintendo IPs is cool on Miiverse. A strict interpretation would encourage caution with 3rd party IPs, though.
