Most developers will use the New Unreal 4 engine.

The next gen engines are pretty scalable. So yes.

Doubt it, but since when does Mario and Zelda need to have a good engine behind them. They have been reskining Mario's for years and they still sell. Why sstop now?
The Wii u is for 1st party support only.
I know I'll be buying any multi formats on another console.
I like playing online, with a proper control and with other people

Reviews are god. Except when they review something I like poorly. Then all reviews are paid or hating.

-Fox engine is already running on the 360/PS3, so yes.
-UE4 is scalable and the Wii U can run it, even though it will be up to the developers to use it since Epic won't actively support it as of now (could change).

Also, Next gen technologies/engines will be very scalable.

The gamepad and pro controllers are not proper controllers? The wii u will have 0 third party support? (looks at launch titles)

Most likely. It is more powerful than the PS3 after all.

My sig will never happen, but it would be awesome if it did.

shhh, you can't use logic and reason to have a conversation with them. Just let it be.

^ This by a mile. A lot of modern engines like Unreal 4 and Fox are designed to be easily scalable to fit the hardware needs.
