Can Wii-U handle the New upcoming Graphics engines? Unreal 4, Fox Engine,?

No, not properly anyway. Sure, the engines will be scalable, but then you'll be scaling down the biggest features. For example, the new lighting engine in Unreal Engine 4 will probably be shredding. Perhaps the lighting will still be dynamic, but there will be no secondary bounces. Also, the mass particle effects will be mostly missing or outright gone.

There were games on the Wii that used Unreal Engine 3, doesn't mean the games looked anywhere near as good as games using the engine on more advanced hardware.
