Ubisoft isn't Japanese they are French. They do not sell many games in Japan since Japan typically doesn't buy too many games made by non Japanese devs.

What this means is the Japanese public, after hearing about this, is not going to want to purchase Rayman Legends, nor will they purchase any of Ubisoft's games. This is HUGE. You can laugh all you want, but Ubisoft has alienated an entire market with this move.

Ubisoft, publicly apologize and cancel Rayman Legends for PS3 and 360 or you can kiss your business goodbye.

This will have zero effect on Ubisoft. Their games don't sell in Japan anyhow. If you look up the sales for Rayman (ALL OF THEM) on VGCharts you'll see the list for all Rayman games ever release sold in Japan a grand total of around... 30,000. That's for the whole series... combined.

Japanese gamers have next to no interest in games made outside of their own country.
