like Vita?

wouldn't they pronounce Vita like fita. Because doesn't a v make an f sound at the beginning of a word? so it wouldn't sound the same, right? But isn't Vita Latin for life meaning, since it's a different language, supposed to be pronounced by its standards. Okay I am befuddled. see Sig.

No, a v makes a v sound, when it comes to the word vita.

I had to laugh at that. Maybe harder than I should have. Fanboys deserve a taste of their own sour grapes though. Lol.

U and V were not originally distinct letters. I'm sure you've seen some old stone carvings that use V's for U's (ie. spelling "Juilus" as "JVLIVS").

I believe in Spanish it is called a double V. Do the other romance languages follow suit?

Yeah that's what I ultimately thought thanks because I severely confused myself. Up was west and south was orange kinda of thing.

No, but Indians do. And its hilarious.

EDIT: This wasn't meant to be offensive. I'm Indian myself, and I have heard people call it a Vii

This. I have a friend who works at Best Buy that would always tell me about this guy who comes in that always wants to buy a "Nintendo Vii".
