D Haven't had any good games release since launch and the eShop gets very little in the way of new content. However things should be looking up for it after this years E3

At the moment, D. I have high hopes for improvement over this year starting March, though.

Too early to panic, but some things definitely need to be worked out. Their online network is still a joke compared to PSN/XBL and the lack of third-party support is troubling.

I personally don't find the tablet-style touchscreen GamePad all that interesting and would rather had Nintendo expanded on motion control (while leaving it out of Zelda and other such traditional games). I think consumers in general agree, it's just not as exciting.
