Registering downloaded games and the Wii U on club nintendo

How do I do this. I haveent been able to figure it out. I figured my Downloaded games would register automatically, and it shows that I have played them and I can take the survey, but I dont have any coins from actually buying the game. How do I get them?

This board is so awesome. Here is a bump from someone who has a legitamate quesion. I think I figured it out but I am not sure, so here is the bump. Is it just that downloaded games dont get registered, and only have a post play survey for coins? if so, that would suck.

I'm not sure. Been trying to do the same for Fire Emblem.

Taking the survey should net you your coins.
