Can I choose which Wii Data I transfer over to the Wii U?

And while many of the Virtual Console titles are mine, a few are not, and a lot of the save data doesn't belong to me or the games I own. If I choose to do a transfer, can I choose to leave some things behind or will it automatically copy all of it?
