Do they sell the tablet controller by itself.

It comes with the system. But what if you want multiple people playing? Do you buy that pro controller or use the wiimotes for extra players. Is it only a 1 player system for now.

I seen demos of 4 people together each having a tablet to play the same game.

You really couldn't google this before posting? All Wii controllers are compatible with Wii U, use them. Gamepads aren't sold separately yet.

They are not sold anywhere. The system only supports 2 GamePads but it's not functional at the moment. Only Wiimote/Pro Controllers are used in mutliplayer modes right now

These days, all the kids are playing M rated games while the adults are lining up for Pokemon. Which game is a kid's game now?

No game uses multiple gamepads. When those kinds of games do start coming out, gamepads will be sold seperately

maybe craigslist.

I saw one on there and almost bought it, but then I looked it up.

It apparently slows down the FPS and it's totally pointless to have two.

The Wii U does not have a strong enough processor to handle more than two tablets.

They said they will start selling them once there are games that use more than one at a time. Multiplayer uses the Wii's various controllers for the other people.

The Wii U can handle 2 gamepads at once but the framerate gets cut down to 30FPS since there's not enough bandwidth to stream two video signals at 60FPS.
