Considering most multiplats are just the 360 code dumped onto the system with minor tweaks and always on Vsync, we can rule those out.
Nintendo Land does some interesting things, but it is too simplistic to be in the running.
Monster Hunter Ultimate is a 1080p 60fps game, but it is a 3DS port, hard to give that the crown.
Monolith's X looked good, but it was basically pre alpha footage running on a modified Xenoblade engine, it still has a long way to go before release.
Honestly, not one game has been released that truly pushes the hardware. And none of the upcoming games show what the system can do either. We probably won't see anything new until E3, unless they decide to reveal stuff early in a Direct.

What a strange question to ask. The TC asked, "Is there a game on the Wii U that looks superior to other games on the Wii U?" Then he proceeds to imply an answer by asking the question "Is there one?" I'm not exactly sure where you're going with this TC. You need to make your topic title align with your original post.
