Who says it should have been there day one? You? Lol. Anyone complaining about 6 seconds are morons.

They are listening, the console works ok right now, the whole OS, unless you open an app and close it and then open another and close it, then other and close it, you don´t feel the long loading times in the OS

I use Miiverse a lot, and Miiverse enters and exit in 5 seconds or less, same with the browser or the store, only downloaded apps and games take time, and if you go and play Zombi U for like 1 hour and then exit to main menu, you don´t feel it, but like I said, if you go and open every app available and exit them after 5 seconds, sure, you are gonna be seeing a loading screen a lot....

^ I'm from the US, but even I know (most of) Europe depicts companies as a group of people rather than just a single entity. Hence, "are" is perfectly correct in British English. :P

Edit: Welp, he did correct himself below me so I guess I take that back. But it still is the correct way to say it with British English.

I don't see Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony. I see Mario, Zelda, Uncharted, Resident Evil, Gears of War, Alan Wake, Heavy Rain, etc. Play games, not companies.
