Wii U

My modified GC, I mean the D-pad and C-stick are made larger, a left z button is added, and the z-buttons are fixed to be more like modern controllers. Oh yeah, and lets assume its wireless as well.

So whats the difference? Button layout, analog triggers on the GC, comfort, and the GC features the buttons and control features raised above the start button.

Personally, I love the button layout, comfort, and analog triggers of the GC, but I haven't used the Wii U pro controller, so I can't really make a good decision.

I love the GC controller. My favorite of any I've had.

I have a feeling a lot of people didn't read the OP. I fixed the few major flaws in the controller, yet preserved its key features.

If you look at the prototype for the GC controller, you can actually see that they put a lot of time into designing the shape and button layout so they could be the best ergonomically.

I read it and even with your modifications the Gamecube controller still isn't that great. Plus you even admit you never tried the Pro..

Metroid Zero Mission and Super Metroid are some of the finest 2D games ever made and are the best in the series.
Metroid Fusion is pretty cool I guess.

The GCN controller was godly awesome, but those awkward buttons need to be fixed

No, I really don't care how the poll goes because I haven't tried the Wii U Pro controller.

But I know a lot of people like the GC button layout and comfort, and a lot of people don't read the OP, so thats why I said what I did.
