why did Nintendo copy the PS Vita?

Touchscreen in the middle, buttons on both sides.

The Vita is tanking right now, and NIntendo should have known better than just blatantly copy the Vita and iPad, and slap a $350 pricetag on it.

actually they ripped of half the ds and used it as the controller. no copying involved.

64 had 1 analog stick.

If they didn't have dual-analog, you'd be complaining that they were stupid not to.

Nintendo and Microsoft copied Sony's dual sticks and dual shoulder buttons.
Microsoft and Sony copied Nintendo's diamond shape fact buttons, start and select buttons, and shoulder buttons.

I think Microsoft was the first to have triggers.
